Mt. Logan Capital Management, Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, qualified CA/CPA to join the Finance team as a Financial Accountant. This is a new role providing support in all facets of the finance function for the Company and managed entities, including reinsurance accounting, reporting to internal management, regulatory authorities, and investors. Duties include assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements, review of reinsurance contracts, bank reconciliations, and supporting internal/external audits and GAAP reporting processes.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Internationally recognized accounting designation (ACA, CMA, CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent); 2+ years relevant post qualification experience within the Financial Services industry (reinsurance/investment management preferred); Knowledge of Bermuda insurance market and regulatory environment; High level of competency with Microsoft Office; Extremely strong analytical ability and communication skills; Flexibility to work evenings, holidays and weekends as required.
