The Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) is seeking a skilled individual to work as Assistant Director, Multimedia AI Graphic Design in our Public Regulatory Affairs and Global Engagement (PRAaGE) Department. Reporting to the Head of PRAaGE, the role is responsible for leading the development of high-impact visual, motion, and AI-assisted creative solutions across digital channels. This role sets creative direction and production standards for brand-aligned assets, scales efficient AI-enabled workflows, and partners with leaders to translate business goals into creative strategy. Key responsibilities include overseeing video post-production, building scalable design systems, and managing team operations including coaching and talent development.

Requirements

A master's degree in graphic design and/or visual communication or equivalent qualification. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience, of which at least five (5) years should be at a senior level in multimedia/graphic design. Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and motion/video work. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience applying generative AI in professional creative production. Strong command of typography, composition, and storytelling.
