Based in Bermuda and working for IG International Limited (IGX) this newly created leadership role will be responsible for owning and managing IGX's relationship with the BMA and for ensuring IGX meets all ongoing regulatory obligations under its Investment Business and Digital Asset Business licenses. The Head of Regulatory Affairs will serve as the primary point of contact for BMA engagement, lead regulatory change analysis, and provide guidance to the business on Bermuda's evolving regulatory landscape.

Requirements

Relevant experience working in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related field within the financial services industry; Direct, hands-on experience working with the BMA, Bermuda regulatory frameworks, or comparable offshore financial centre regulators; Strong working knowledge of the Investment Business Act 2003 and/or Digital Asset Business Act 2018; Proven track record of managing regulatory relationships at a senior level; Experience preparing and presenting regulatory reports and Board papers; Strong analytical and written communication skills; Experience working with digital asset businesses, crypto exchanges, or FinTech platforms; Familiarity with FATF standards and AML/CTF frameworks.
