The AI Implementation & Client Support Specialist helps our clients deploy and adopt AI and cloud-based productivity tools, then ensures they realize lasting value from them. The role combines hands-on technical implementation with training, coaching, and client support. This is a client-facing position that rewards equal strength in technical delivery and interpersonal skill. Key responsibilities include: setting up and configuring cloud-based AI and LLM tools, integrating tools with Microsoft 365 environments, managing accounts/permissions, delivering training sessions, and producing user guides.

Requirements

A recognized cloud certification (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals). Exposure to AI or LLM tools, prompt engineering, or AI integrations. Excellent communication skills. Genuine interest in AI. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure). Experience mentoring or teaching in a technical subject. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
