The Manager, Reinsurance Finance, will be responsible for supporting the VP Finance in the day-to-day management of various finance-related tasks, including finance operations, and technical accounting for the Reinsurance Finance department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic self-starter who can be successful in a fast-paced environment, is able to balance multiple daily priorities, and is excited to be exposed to all aspects of commercial (re)insurance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or similar) is preferred but not required. Minimum 4 to 6 years of functional experience preferred. Knowledge of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance structures. Experience with underwriting systems - DXC SICS is preferred. Financial reporting experience within a strict internal controlled (SOX) environment. Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel.
