MEF LTD. is seeking innovative and exciting staff for their restaurant, lounge, catering, and deli operations. Roles vary from culinary positions like Sous Chef and Sushi Chef to service roles such as Dining Room Manager and Bartenders. The company operates multiple establishments including Little Venice, L’Oriental, La Trattoria, Fourways Inn, Harbourfront Restaurant, Achilles, Drift, Lina, La Coquille/Tucker's Point Club and Hotel & Blu Restaurant/Aurora. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

Varies by role; minimum years of experience required (2-5 years depending on position). Knowledge of kitchen operations, POS systems (Micros), or specific culinary skills. Must be able to work flexible hours and maintain a neat appearance. TIPS certification required for bar roles. Physically demanding roles require standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
