Ocorian is one of the largest providers of fund, corporate and private client services in the market. Working with the Bermuda Head of Country, the Head of Capital Markets and the Executive Committee, the successful candidate will provide team and client relations leadership for the capital markets service line, focusing on client accounting, insurance management and listings services.

Requirements

Professional accounting designation (CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent); 7+ years' post-qualification experience, including strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and related standards; Experience within the Bermuda insurance industry, with knowledge of captives, reinsurance, and insurance-linked structures; Strong understanding of Bermuda regulatory frameworks, including FATCA, CRS, AML/ATF and Economic Substance; Proven ability to review and analyse financial statements and statutory filings; Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members; Confident leading client and board-level meetings; Familiarity with key Bermuda legislation; Strong problem-solving, communication, and client relationship management skills.
