In this role you will:

Manage and engage proactively with high-net-worth clients, anticipating their needs and being responsive in fulfilling their personal banking requirements
Ensure growth, acquisition and retention of affluent/premier customers, providing clients with holistic full-service banking and wealth management solutions
Meet the needs of a high-net-worth customer base, being flexible to meet with clients outside of the office as needed
Generate new business and manage business development initiatives within HSBC Bermuda’s risk appetite

Requirements

Experience in customer relationship management within banking or financial services
Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships
Professional designation in Investments, i.e., Series 7, Certified Securities Certificate or equivalent
Proven ability to meet the needs of clients in a customer driven environment, along with the ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
Knowledge of consumer credit, specifically in mortgage applications, preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective negotiation skills
