We are seeking an experienced Millwork Project Director to lead a prestigious, high-end hospitality project. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship in custom cabinetry, intricate trim work, and bespoke joinery, with 20+ years of specialized millwork experience in hotels, restaurants, and lounges. Candidates must have expertise in fabricating and installing millwork using fine woods such as cherry, mahogany, and exotic hardwoods, ensuring the highest quality and precision. Responsibilities include constructing and installing custom millwork, interpreting detailed blueprints, and leading a team of carpenters to ensure project efficiency and adherence to strict quality standards. The role requires collaboration with designers, project managers, and subcontractors, as well as maintaining a safe and organized workspace while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

20+ years of specialized millwork experience in hotels, restaurants, and lounges. Expertise in fabricating and installing millwork using fine woods. Strong blueprint reading skills, expertise in carpentry tools and techniques. Proven leadership skills. A portfolio showcasing previous high-end millwork projects is required.
