The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Carolyn, the resort's shuttle boat, while ensuring all equipment, systems, and safety standards are maintained to the highest level. This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experience and supporting the resort's transportation operations. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, carrying out repairs, ensuring lifesaving equipment is operational, maintaining records, and reporting to the Rooms Director and General Manager.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Marine Certificate. Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Pilot or Captain operating a 43 foot vessel, preferably in a guest facing environment.
