As an Aviation Support Worker, you'll take on a multi-faceted role that offers exposure to various aspects of airline operations at BermudAir's home base, LF Wade International Airport. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to our mission of maintaining compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards while providing exceptional customer service. Shift working is required in order to meet the needs of our operating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in airport/airline ground operations including ramp services, baggage handling, catering, and passenger services. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability under pressure. Knowledge of regulatory standards for airport ground operations. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Proven ability to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence within the aviation sector. Must possess a clean police record, as robust police vetting is essential for this role.
