We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Senior Corporate Administrator. Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): * Providing superior corporate administration services for a substantial portfolio of local and exempted companies and acting as a primary point of contact for company clients; * Preparing agendas and other related documentation required for conducting board, committee, annual general and other company meetings; * Attending company client meetings and preparing forms, resolutions and correspondence; * Following up on meeting action items ensuring that all transactions pertaining to the management of the client's affairs are executed promptly and efficiently; * Ensuring compliance with local and international statutory and regulatory requirements and making necessary filings; * Maintaining corporate records according to statutory and regulatory requirements as set out in the Companies Act, 1981 and other relevant legislation and regulations. This role may require supervision of junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring they comply with statutory regulations and Quorum's policies and procedures, assisting with their development through training, conducting internal client reviews and having oversight of their work. The successful applicant should have: * ICSA, STEP, Corporate Secretarial Practice I and II or similar relevant qualification is preferred; * At least five (5) successful years working in corporate administration and/or proven relevant experience in a similar position; * Comprehensive knowledge of corporate, regulatory and compliance requirements; * The ability to comprehend and apply the provisions of The Companies Act 1981; and have familiarity with current AML/ AFT legislation and relevant obligations; * The ability to understand and interpret financial and investment statements; * Experience running board and members meetings at a senior level is preferred; * The ability to encourage and develop professional relationships with clients and colleagues, a willingness to assist co-workers during high levels of activity, have a positive 'can do' attitude and a flexible approach; * Excellent written and oral communication, administrative and minute taking skills together with a strong sense of responsibility.
