We are looking for an organised and dynamic individual to provide support to Conyers’ reception team by delivering a friendly, welcoming experience for all internal and external visitors. This is a full-time position during core business hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Key Duties and Responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients, processing incoming courier mail, assisting with client functions, answering and transferring calls, maintaining security protocols, managing the meeting room booking system, and ensuring visitor needs are met.

Requirements

Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator, experience in a high-quality, customer-focused/service environment, effective communicator, ability to prioritize client requests, full understanding of Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/Outlook), previous experience with room booking systems and switchboard experience is advantageous, flexibility to provide relief coverage outside of standard hours if needed.
