Our client A.J. Lumber Company is seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business across a variety of administrative, customer service, and operational functions. Responsibilities include preparing spreadsheets, reports, maintaining documentation, coordinating product flow/inventory, staff scheduling, managing telephone enquiries, liaising with suppliers, and providing sales support.

Requirements

At least three (3) years in Customs Clearance focused. A minimum of 3 years' relevant administrative experience within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. A customer-focused and professional approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
