Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in table service, performed in a high-volume, high-quality dining environment. Applicant must possess a pleasant energetic personality and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Strong food knowledge is required, and knowledge of POS systems is advantageous. Candidate should have the ability to follow instruction, self-organize, multitask, and work as a member of a busy team. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and be on your feet for extended period with a strong work ethic. Applicants must possess a proven record of good integrity and excellent employment letters of reference. All staff are required to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in table service, performed in a high-volume, high-quality dining environment. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Ability to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of POS systems advantageous.
