This position is responsible for assisting customers with all general retail banking requirements, either by completing required transactions or by referring them to other departments when specialised services are needed. Your responsibilities will include receiving requests from clients either in person or in writing, ensuring they are acted upon while adhering to Bank policies and procedures. This includes opening and closing accounts, performing due diligence tasks, maintaining accounts, completing applications for credit/debit cards, handling general inquiries, cross-selling products and ensuring compliance with the Bank Code of Conduct and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualifications with four years of retail banking experience. Complete understanding of bank policies and procedures. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A strong knowledge of core banking systems would be an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with a wide range of banking products. Demonstrated ability to deal with customers in a mature and professional manner.
