Artex is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Client Service Director ("CSD") in our Bermuda office. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring exceptional levels of service are delivered to a diverse portfolio of clients. In conjunction with the client services teams and managers, the CSD will provide guidance and leadership with ensuring smooth communication with the ultimate aim of delivering the highest possible level of service to clients. Key responsibilities include serving as primary relationship manager for captive insurance and reinsurance clients, financial management of budgets, contributing to business development strategy, and leading members of the Captive Management team.

Requirements

Internationally recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA) or equivalent insurance, reinsurance, or risk management qualification; A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification financial management experience; A minimum of 5 years re/insurance management and/or captive insurance experience; Experience managing captive insurance companies and reinsurance structures across multiple jurisdictions; Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams; Strong knowledge of captive insurance and reinsurance operations, governance, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
