Triangle Life is an innovative startup in the life insurance industry on a mission to disrupt the sector with cutting-edge digital solutions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced corporate governance and compliance professional to play a key role within a growing international life insurance company. Working closely with the Board, senior leadership and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide hands-on support for corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance matters, across multiple regulatory environments, while helping to strengthen the Company's governance and compliance framework as the business continues to grow and evolve.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience supporting corporate governance, company secretarial and regulatory compliance within a regulated financial services environment; Life Insurance experience is preferred. - Demonstrated experience supporting Boards and committees, including governance documentation, corporate records, resolutions and other company secretarial requirements. - Experience developing and maintaining governance and compliance frameworks, policies, controls and monitoring programmes. - Experience with regulatory reporting, filings and regulatory engagement, together with strong knowledge of AML/ATF, sanctions and financial crime requirements. - Experience conducting or coordinating broker, intermediary or third-party due diligence within a regulated environment. - Relevant degree and/or professional qualification in law, corporate governance, compliance, risk management or a related discipline.
