Aon in Bermuda provides captive and insurance management, (re)insurance broking, agency services, and consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients, from small/medium enterprises to large Fortune 500 companies. We are seeking to employ a Compliance Analyst to join our Bermuda-based risk and compliance team, supporting Aon Bermuda entities and clients. The successful candidate will assist the SVP – Head of Compliance on leading projects that drive regulatory compliance, revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
A university degree and/or an internationally recognized qualification in compliance, risk, accounting, insurance, or legal discipline. A recognized compliance, AML or other professional regulatory certification (e.g., CAMS or equivalent) is strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' recent and relevant experience in AML/ATF compliance with a Bermuda RFI is required. Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and monitoring Governance, Risk & Compliance frameworks. Comprehensive understanding of the Bermuda regulatory environment. High level of digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
