A take-out, wholesale and catering group of businesses (Bermuda Pie Ltd., The Backyard Ltd. and Uncle Brotty's Ltd.) is looking for staff. MANAGER: Responsibilities include overall profitability, production quality, inventory management, catering coordination, and staff supervision. ASSISTANT MANAGERS: Provide day-to-day support, scheduling, and inventory control. CHEFS DE PARTIE: Handle all aspects of a busy kitchen and assist the Head Chef. All roles require working under extreme pressure and operating to the highest standards.

Requirements

MANAGER: 3+ years' experience managing similar businesses. ASSISTANT MANAGERS: 2+ years' similar experience. CHEFS DE PARTIE: 3+ years' experience in a similar position. ALL: Fluent verbal and written English, ability to work 6-day shifts (6am-2am) including weekends and public holidays, POS system operation knowledge (for managers).
