At Vantage, the Pricing Actuary, Reinsurance, will play a key role in supporting the actuarial pricing function for the Bermuda reinsurance platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified or close to qualified actuary to deepen their technical pricing skills, gain direct underwriting exposure, and contribute to the development of sophisticated actuarial models and portfolio analytics in a fast-growing specialty reinsurance environment. Responsibilities include supporting pricing of reinsurance risks across Specialty lines, performing exposure analysis, and assisting in the development of stochastic pricing models.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, statistics, economics, or a related field; 5 years of actuarial experience required with a focus on reserving in the P&C insurance and/or reinsurance industry; Progress toward actuarial qualification with CAS or IFOA; Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI; Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as VBA, R, Python, or SQL.
