The Supreme Court of Bermuda is seeking to appoint Permanent Liquidator(s) for OMNIA LTD. (IN LIQUIDATION). The role involves overseeing the winding-up process of the company. Additionally, a Committee of Inspection may be appointed to work alongside the liquidator(s). Responsibilities include managing the liquidation proceedings in accordance with the Companies Act 1981 and the Insurance Act 1978. A virtual meeting of creditors will be held via Zoom on 29 May 2026 at 10:00 AM ADT to make these appointments.
Requirements
Professional qualifications in insolvency, accounting, or law suitable for appointment as a Permanent Liquidator under the laws of Bermuda. Experience in winding up insurance or segregated account companies is relevant.
