Appointment of a Permanent Liquidator(s) and determination of whether or not a Committee of Inspection is to be appointed, and who will be the elected members of the Committee if appointed. This notice is issued in the matter of the Companies Act 1981 and the Insurance Act 1978 in the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
