Aon Insurance Managers (AIM) in Bermuda is seeking Senior Account Executives to join a diverse team of professionals dedicated to providing the best service to their clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily administrative, regulatory reporting and accounting functions of a portfolio of re/insurance entities. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS, coordinating annual audits, organizing client meetings, and maintaining client relationships. Working outside of normal office hours may be required to meet reporting timelines.

Requirements

An accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA). A minimum of two years of recent relevant captive management experience in Bermuda or other prominent captive domicile. Strong familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS, insurance regulatory environment/requirements in Bermuda, captive insurance products, and Microsoft D365. Excellent communication and people skills with exceptional presentation skills.
