Liberty Mutual Management (Bermuda) Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Vice President to undertake general oversight and management of a team of qualified accountants and a portfolio of clients. This is a highly responsible position requiring a strategic thinker and highly motivated individual. Key responsibilities include overseeing client accounting, monitoring operational controls, day-to-day administration of (re)insurance and captive management accounts, presenting financial results, and liaising with stakeholders.

Requirements

Recognized professional accounting designation (CA, CPA or equivalent) with a minimum of five years' experience in a licensed Insurance Management firm; recognized (re)insurance designation; detailed captive/(re)insurance knowledge; proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Sun Accounts; practical experience using AI models; supervisory and personnel management experience; ability to work weekends and holidays.
