MJM Limited is a Bermuda based law firm with an international outlook, delivering integrated, commercially focused advice. Our core areas of expertise are Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Finance, and Private Client. The successful applicant will support the dispute resolution partners and other attorneys with routine aspects of litigation: legal and factual research and analysis, reviewing and analyzing documents, drafting legal documents and affidavits, undertaking costs review and bill of costs assessments, and conveying and routing legal information to clients under attorney supervision.
Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years' post qualification experience working as a paralegal in a commercial and/or private client dispute resolution legal environment; a sound educational background with a recognised paralegal qualification or law degree or equivalent; experience assisting attorneys with contentious legal proceedings including experience with both small and large value litigation; extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience using document management software; ability to be flexible and willingness to work outside of normal business hours, when required.
