Seeking a Property Paralegal to provide leadership in all aspects of Paralegal support to a busy Property Department in one of Bermuda's leading law firms. They will be heavily involved in the efficient management of property support in all aspects of complex, high-value residential and commercial property transactions. The position requires the individual to possess a superior knowledge of Bermuda property law and a track record of chargeable client work. They must possess excellent communication skills and be a productive team player.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience within an equivalent role with an emphasis in residential and commercial property transactions. A minimum of a Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent professional legal qualification. Experience working in a law firm environment, with practical knowledge and experience of Bermuda property law and conveyancing procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Extensive prior experience in case management of multiple property transactions, conducting title investigations, and legal research.
