The Salvation Army Bermuda is seeking an individual to assume the administrative role of Executive Director. This position will provide leadership, support and oversight to the operation of The Salvation Army’s Community Services and business support to The Salvation Army’s operations in Bermuda. Responsibilities to commence July 3, 2026.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of The Salvation Army College for Officer Training; Must have been ordained by The Salvation Army and hold a current commission as an officer of The Salvation Army; Must have certification in a relevant field or proven comparable experience in managing the corporate and business affairs of The Salvation Army; Must have experience in providing support and services to the vulnerable members of society; Must demonstrate maturity and professionalism in order to bring the immediate experience and credibility to the role; The incumbent will work within a Christian faith-based setting and must possess visionary leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
