This position is a general position to provide flexible administrative and operational support to the Executive Team, including undertaking additional tasks and special projects as reasonably requested to ensure the efficient functioning of the Executive Office and hotel operations. The duties will be varied according to the executive team member. The candidate must have strong professional communication skills to be able to coordinate amongst various team members. Must have the ability to stay organized while multitasking to complete projects for multiple departments. Must have strong computer skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Some nights, weekends and holidays may be required. Must possess three (3) years proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms for clients and/or employer.
