The Salvation Army Bermuda Division is seeking individuals to assume the pastoral and leadership responsibilities of a Salvation Army Church in Bermuda and support the operation of the Bermuda Division. The officer is to ensure a strong spiritual vision for all ministry areas in keeping with the practices and principles of The Salvation Army. The incumbent will work within a Christian faith-based setting providing spiritual leadership.
Requirements
Must have graduated from The Salvation Army College for Officer Training and hold a current active commission as an officer of The Salvation Army. Must possess visionary leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and effective business administration skills.
