The Leadership Coach is directly involved in the lives of our members, delivering highly engaging, structured, and intentional case management support. This role requires a professional who is organized, empathetic, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and deeply committed to empowering young men to achieve stability and independence. Key responsibilities include providing individualized community-based coaching, developing member support networks, maintaining electronic case records, facilitating group sessions, and conducting ongoing assessment and risk monitoring.
Requirements
A related Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of four (4) years' experience in case management and behavior management. Demonstrated, sustained experience working with at-risk, vulnerable, or high-needs populations is required. Proven ability to engage individuals with complex social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Experience facilitating group-based interventions. High level of digital literacy including Microsoft Office 365. This position is open to Bermudians and Spouses of Bermudians.
