Digicel is seeking a customer-focused and commercially minded Service Manager to join our Business Solutions Team. The Service Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience across service delivery, customer support, reporting and escalations. Working closely with the Business Sales team, the role will support the growth and retention of our Enterprise and Government customer base. Key responsibilities include managing the VIP Top 250 and Government/Public Sector customer portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing customer reporting, and supporting account renewals.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent certification in Customer Service or a related field with 3+ years' relevant experience; OR 5+ years' relevant experience in telecommunications, communications, customer service, sales or a business environment. Proven experience managing KPIs, SLAs and commercial targets. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
