Full-time position based in Bermuda providing onsite and remote IT support to business clients.
Requirements
2-4 years of IT support experience, strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS and VPN troubleshooting), experience deploying VOIP systems, familiarity supporting Windows/MacOS/Android/iOS systems, excellent customer service skills, and a valid Bermuda driver's licence (or able to obtain one).
