The 2nd Level Support & POS Engineer will focus on our customers' issues and will identify any major problems relating to code/ production/software and will discover solutions that will solve issues in the best interest of clients' business. In addition to IT support, the 2nd Support & POS Engineer will also support our customer's POS needs including but not limited to installs, system configurations, and troubleshooting. Candidates will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proven ability to work under pressure while remaining calm. Ability to work independently and when needed within a team, be self-motivated, organized, with a proven track record in using a ticketing system, POS customer support services and network infrastructure.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's in computer science; Minimum 3 years in 2nd line Windows Server Support role; Proven ability to document processes, procedures and solutions; Experience working with systems such as Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, 3CX, networking; Experience working in POS IT support; Experience of working under change control; Effective communication skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines; Exceptional Customer service.
