Prismic Life is looking for Pricing Actuaries. The Pricing Actuaries will provide technical leadership and actuarial support for pricing, underwriting, actuarial modeling, and assumption development associated with new life and annuity reinsurance transactions. The role will be responsible for producing robust actuarial analyses, evaluating liability risks, maintaining and enhancing pricing models, and clearly communicating pricing methodologies, assumptions, sensitivities, uncertainties, and results. Individuals will serve as a technical subject matter expert and actuarial partner to the Company's client-facing and transaction teams and will work closely with in-house and external modeling teams, investments, finance, risk management, and transaction stakeholders. The role will provide actuarial leadership throughout transaction evaluation, due diligence, structuring, governance approval, execution, and onboarding. These positions are based in Bermuda and the successful candidates will be expected to work from Bermuda at least 75% of the time.

Requirements

Fully qualified actuary with a recognized actuarial professional body. 7+ years of experience within life and annuity insurance or reinsurance. Direct experience in pricing, underwriting, reserving, or valuation experience with life and annuity business. Strong actuarial modeling and analytical capabilities. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to be based in Bermuda.
