The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the non-technical financial close process including analysis of the monthly and quarterly administrative expenses and maintaining SOX processes and controls. Duties include overseeing payroll postings, bank reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, leases, balance sheet and income reconciliations, intercompany balances, and Accounts Payable. The role also involves group reporting, board presentations, coaching junior accountants, business planning, and internal/external audit liaison.

Requirements

An internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent); 5 years post qualification experience; Detailed knowledge and experience of US GAAP preferred; Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Oracle Fusion/HFM, Workday, SAP Concur and Workiva preferred); Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills; Demonstrated experience managing and developing a small team; Strong attention to detail.
