Reporting into and working closely with the Director, the Manager, Actuarial will work within the actuarial team to support the valuation and reporting across the Brookfield Wealth Solutions Group. Responsibilities include actuarial liability reserving for US GAAP and EBS, asset-liability management, drafting quarterly reports, transaction pricing, and capital risk management. The role involves overseeing data quality for modelling, ensuring governance controls, and assisting with internal reserving platforms. Candidates will be expected to work outside normal working hours including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays to meet business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Finance. Qualified Actuary preferred (FSA or FIA) or near qualification. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including life and/or annuity product development, reinsurance, insurance M&A, and valuation / financial reporting. Familiarity with Bermuda Solvency Regime and/or US STAT. Strong skills in AXIS and/or PathWise.
