Kennedys is seeking a lawyer to join its dispute resolution team in Bermuda where we practice as a "merged" profession, performing the roles of both barristers and solicitors. The role will involve working on complex, high value litigation and arbitration matters, in particular cases involving financial services, insurance, company, trusts and insolvency matters. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our growing team. Requirements

Candidates are sought with approximately six to ten years post qualification experience as a solicitor or barrister. Experience of working on complex, high value cases and first-class legal research, drafting and organisational skills are essential.
