Ironshore Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Holding Company. We offer world-class insurance and reinsurance services. The Property & Energy Claims Manager will work under the direction of the Head of Bermuda Claims, and in collaboration with other members of the Bermuda Claims Team. The focus will be on the first party book, supporting the department across product lines. Responsibilities include leadership tasks like monitoring claims processes and mentorship, claims handling for complex significant claims, underwriting support, and stakeholder engagement. Must be willing to work outside ordinary office hours from time to time.

Requirements

Either an undergraduate degree or 5 years or more claims handling experience (preferably property & energy); additional experience in other lines is an advantage; high level of insurance industry knowledge; advanced computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); ability to coordinate people/processes across locations; excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
