Experienced 3rd Line Support engineer required to work as a senior member of our technical team designing, implementing and supporting customer/data center networks with experience in connectivity, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN's, firewalls as well as having some core skills in Microsoft, VMware, End User Computing. This position will include supporting law, government, insurance and financial services customers onsite.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in 3rd line support role ideally for an MSP; Strong 3rd line networking skills (minimum 3 years) including design, deployment, and troubleshooting; Experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, or Netgate; Strong scripting and automation skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/365, Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Active Directory; Certifications required: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft 365/Azure/AWS, or VMware VCP; Degree educated preferred.
