Conduit Re is looking for an emerging IT professional who enjoys helping people and delivering high-quality support. The Service Desk Support Technician is the first point of contact for staff, guests, auditors, and external partners requiring IT assistance. The role supports day-to-day end-user computing activities, operational support processes, onboarding and offboarding administration, and general service desk operations. Duties include providing first-line support for hardware, software, connectivity, and Microsoft 365, managing support tickets, supporting asset management, and monitoring daily backup jobs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. CompTIA A+ or MS-900 certifications are advantageous. Previous experience in IT support or service desk environment is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, and Entra ID. Exposure to ITSM ticketing systems and strong customer service orientation. ITIL Foundation certification is an asset.
