The Technical Solutions Architect is responsible for the overall design and implementation of IT solutions to meet the business requirements of both new and existing customers. Responsibilities include architecting systems, creating/reviewing architecture design packages, ensuring quality assurance, producing functional design documents, providing best practice alternatives, managing UAT, and leading project meetings with customers.
Requirements
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred; Advanced experience with Microsoft and VMWare technologies; Good knowledge of Microsoft Server / Exchange / Desktop / SCCM / Terminal Server / Active Directory / VOIP / Telephony; Microsoft MCSE / MCITP or equivalent; 8+ years of relevant experience in professional services, sales or customer support operations; 3+ years proven solutions consulting experience.
