We are committed to developing top hospitality talent into professionals, leaders and executives of the future. Our Leadership and Culinary Development Programs are minimum 18-month programs designed for you to understand the hotel's overall operations while specializing in several areas. Through cross-exposure experiences and mentorship, participants will build their leadership capabilities. Upon completion of the Leadership/Management programs, graduates will be equipped to take on leadership roles within our Hotel. These Programs will also serve as a key driver for strengthening our internal talent pipelines.

Program Eligibility: This Program is exclusive to Bermudians, PRC, or Spouse of a Bermudian
Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management or a Degree in Business/Tourism is preferred A minimum of 12 months practical work experience within the hospitality industry A willingness and ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to exceed customer service expectations Must have flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
