Our client, Abacus Ltd., a growing, dynamic accounting firm in Bermuda, focused on providing top-tier advisory and financial services is seeking a Senior Manager - Accounting Services to join their Team. Reporting to the Director of Accounting Services, the Senior Manager - Accounting Services is a billable member of the Accounting Services team and will maintain direct responsibility for a portfolio of client engagements. Key responsibilities include Client Service, People Management, Process Improvement, and Capacity & Engagement Planning.

Requirements

Professionally Qualified Accountant who is a member in good standing with CPA Bermuda, or similar. 6+ years of experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting/Client Accounting Services (CAS), or a similar professional services environment. Demonstrated experience improving accounting processes, implementing systems or leading operational change. Direct experience with AI-enabled finance tools is an asset. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and Bermuda legislation as it relates to payroll processing. Experience managing client scope, pricing, budgets or engagement profitability in a professional-services environment.
