Join our culinary team at Miles-To-Go, where great food and great service go hand in hand. You'll prepare and present high-quality food, contribute ideas to our menus and daily specials, and occasionally step out from behind the scenes to help customers make informed food choices. You will prepare hot food, sliced meats, and other selections; maintain excellent food safety and hygiene; monitor stock; and support food preparation for special events, wine tastings, and catering.

Requirements

3–5 years' culinary experience in a busy upscale restaurant, food service, or similar environment. Experience preparing a variety of meats, poultry, fish, hot foods, and prepared items. Good knowledge of ingredients, nutrition, and common food allergens. Experience with food costing and pricing. Fluent spoken and written English with strong customer service skills. Excellent timekeeping, attendance, and reliability. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, rotational Sundays, and late-night shifts.
