On behalf of our client Diversified Holdings Limited, SOS Limited is seeking Assistant Managers and Qualified Chefs. Assistant Managers will assist the Store Owner in variety stores with duties including stocktaking, ordering, cleaning, stocking, register operations, and deliveries. Qualified Chefs will handle cooking management, inventory control, menu planning, and staff training. All staff must be willing to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays across various locations.

Requirements

Assistant Manager: At least five years of retail management experience, preferably in a grocery store environment. Qualified Chef: At least five years of work experience in all aspects of cooking management including inventory control, ordering, costing/pricing, menu planning, and staff training. Proven experience in Bermudian, European and/or Oriental cuisine is a must. All applicants must possess a proven record of good integrity, excellent employment references, customer service skills, and be neat in appearance.
