On behalf of our client: Sil-Con Investments Limited. We are seeking to fill several positions including Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, Sushi Chef, Sushi Captain, Sushi Waiter/Waitress, and Waiter/Waitress for Coconut Rock Bar & Restaurant and Yashi Sushi Bar. All staff are required to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Applicants must possess a proven record of good integrity and excellent employment letters of reference.

Requirements

Head Chef: 5 years experience. Sous Chef/CDP: 3 years experience. Sushi Chef: 3 years Japanese cuisine experience. Sushi Captain: 3 years experience, Japanese kimono required. Wait staff: 2 years experience. All roles require ability to work under pressure, weekends, and holidays.
