KEMS BDA is seeking an Executive Chef and Chefs/Chefs de Partie. The Executive Chef will be responsible for cooking, growing the business, and all other duties to facilitate the efficient running and profitability of the company. Chefs/Chefs de Partie will assist with prepping, cooking, cleaning, taking orders, and serving customers. Applicants must be adaptable, fit, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Role requires working early mornings, late nights, split shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Executive Chef: Preference for Trinidadian cuisine experience; at least 4 years experience in a busy environment with 2 years in senior managerial post. Chefs/Chefs de Partie: Experience with Trinidadian (curries, rotis, doubles) and/or Jamaican cuisine; at least 2 years in a similar position. General: Must have own transportation, be able to speak English, and be able to work split shifts/holidays.
