The incumbent prepares high-quality menu items, oversees kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance, manages product rotation to minimize waste, and collaborates with outlet chefs to ensure exceptional culinary operations. Responsibilities include maintaining professional guest service, ensuring food preparation consistency, managing product rotation, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
At least three years general culinary experience in a luxury hotel environment. Culinary certification (e.g., Red Seal) preferred. At least 1 year international experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, with fluency in English. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a multi-cultural team. Computer literacy in MS Office applications is an asset.
