Essential: Minimum 4 experience as a maintenance technician, with a minimum of 2 years maintenance experience in a luxury full-service hotel resort environment. Valid driver's license. Working knowledge of kitchen, laundry, electrical supplies and equipment. Knowledge of proper chemical handling and disposal. Working knowledge of health codes, electrical codes, national/local fire codes, local mechanical codes, blueprints and wiring schematics, power and hand tools, meters, etc. as it relates to technical trades. Fluency in job related English, both verbal and written. Provide legible written communication and directions. Compute mathematical calculations. Ability to interpret manufacturer's literature. Ability to operate high reach lifts and climb ladders. Kitchen & Gas Experience: Proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment is required. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting pumps and motors.
